At Beatdown Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring media like vinyl records are properly protected to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 3-5 business days.
